1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item if the following conditions are met: The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors are eligible for return or replacement. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps: Log in to your Amazon account and go to Your Orders. Select the item you want to return and click Return or Replace Items. Follow the prompts to provide a reason for your return. Print the provided return shipping label and pack the item securely. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing.

4. Shipping Costs
